The kids school had a free movie night under the stars last night. So, after Avery's game I headed over there with Avery and Justin while Kirk took Devin home to put him to bed (he has a pretty early bedtime and gets rather cranky and not so fun to be around if up past that time, plus 2 hours in that type of situation would be too long for him). They showed the Chipmunks movie that just came out on video recently and we hadn't seen it. It was a really nice set-up with a huge blow-up movie screen on the field. They had free popcorn, but ran out much too early and the Kona Ice truck was there (snow cone truck - my kids favorite) for a nominal fee. We set up our chairs, had a couple of friends join us, ate their snow cones and enjoyed the movie. Fun times! I hope they start doing this every year. It was a great idea and very fun!

How fun! We LOVE outdoor movies :o) WE need to get the bug zapper thing for here though... the only downside to Georgia
Funny to read that you guys are eating snow cones when we got snow this past weekend. Luckily it didn't stick. I guess the good news is no bugs.
