Justin had a state project due this month and part of it included making a big cookie with edible things to indicate mountains, rivers, etc. Justin was assigned Utah. We made a snickerdoodle and this is what he ended up with. Chocolate chips for mountains, butterscotch chips for Zions Nat'l Park and Bryce Canyon and blue frosting for some lakes (with the Great Salt Lake having sugar crystals). Looks like a yummy Utah!

How fun! No WONDER you want to vacation in Utah--it looks positively delicious!!ha. So who gets to EAT the states? Do they share in class to see which tastes best? Did some just use vegetables? (BORING! ) [not really- I happen to LIKE vegetables.]
