We didn't do anything spectacular, but it was still fun. Last night for Family Home Evening we made stepping stones with hand prints and the kids got to decorate them. They loved it. We did find out we should have waited a couple of hours before starting the project when it kept caving in on itself, but they still turned out okay and the kids had fun. 
Today Kirk worked and I took the kids to the pool for a couple of hours and then we got a last minute surprise visit from Uncle Jim, Auntie Susie and Kirk's mom. It was a nice visit and good to catch up. Uncle Jim even serenaded us with his harmonica. Good times!
